The Beginning
UCP of Central Florida was established by a group of parents with the goal of offering hope to children with cerebral palsy. The first program began in a remodeled house on Colonial Drive, providing early intervention classrooms and therapy services.

Expansion of Services
Groundbreaking for the J.D. Holloway Jr. Memorial Clinic at 930 S. Orange Avenue in Orlando, marking a significant step in providing specialized services.

New Facilities and Broader Reach
Moved to a larger facility on South Orange Avenue, thanks to Jack Holloway and his friends. The expansion was necessary due to a decrease in cerebral palsy cases and an increase in other disabilities. Expanded services to include children with developmental delays such as Down syndrome, autism, spina bifida, and speech and hearing delays.

Opened the UCP Bailes Campus in East Orange, the first elementary school and pediatric therapy center, with a vision for full inclusion. Moved existing campuses to new locations, including a 15,000-square-foot facility for UCP Seminole and a 36,000-square-foot facility for UCP Osceola.

Merged with The BETA Center, integrating services for teen mothers and their babies into the UCP Downtown/BETA Campus on Lake Underhill. Provided a comprehensive SET (Support, Education, and Therapy) of services to over 3,500 children, teens, and families across eight locations in Central Florida.
