In 1932, the Report of the Committee of Experts was published as Appendix V of the Record of Proceedings of the International Labour Conference.
From 1933 to 1935, the Report of the Committee of Experts appointed to examine the Annual Reports made under Article 408 of the Treaty of Versailles was published as Appendix B.
After 1936 the Report was published in a separate document of the Summary of Annual Reports under Article 22 of the Constitution of the ILO.

From 1997-2017, the Report of the Committee of Experts has been published as Report III (Part 1A) and the General Survey as Report III (Part 1B).
Since 2018, the Report of the Committee of Experts has been published as Report III (Part A) and the General Survey as Report III (Part B).
