Sports Card Manufacturers won't sell JUST sportscards to Mad Al, so Mad Al starts buying candy. Local candy retailers are thrilled.

Blockbuster VP and General Manager Craig visits Mad Al warehouse and tells newly hired Candy Manager, Berta Gardner what candy Mad Al should start to carry. Berta places largest candy orders in Mad Al History. With the help of Craig and many smart Blockbuster store managers, Mad Al brings in 100s of new candy lines and products. Mad Al is now a "real" candy distributor.
Baseball Strike. Mad Al is stuck with 100s of case of series two baseball from multiple manufacturers.
Mad Al becomes a Wizards of the Coast Distributor and orders the release "Legends" because a customer asks us to.
Mad Al orders the Decipher Star Trek Game and mistakenly orders 6 times what has been meant to order, since WOTC requires orders by the box and Decipher wants orders by the case (6-box). The "box" order becomes a "case" order, and Mad Al has product when every other distributor in the country runs out, making them very popular with many new customers. Mad Al starts shipping product all over the country.
Mad Al places its initial Base Set 1 Pokemon order. Even though stores will not pre-order this new game, Mad Al places the third largest initial order of any distributor in the country (approximately 40 distributors at that time). Customers are thrilled when Mad Al still has product after everyone else has run out.
Mad Al’s "huge" warehouse is so crowded that Pokemon plush fills up the aisles from floor to ceiling.

Tammy switches Mad Al from old DOS based Point of Purchase system to new state of the art wholesale system.
Fantasy Flight Board games are added to Mad Al lines.
Steve does first Anime order. Mad Al now has 1000s of DVD titles.
Mad Al orders first ATVs for rural Alaska delivery.
Video Game Accessories are now available at Mad Al. Nintendo, PS3, XBox and other system fans are happy.
Jacob expands Mad Al reach by opening a second warehouse in Kentucky. East coast customers are happy with lower shipping rates and expanded product lines.
Jim relocates to St. Louis and begins working remotely on website and marketing.
