They find out what the Queen is up to; he tells them how to beat it, for the price of knowing their baby’s name—Emma
The Queen goes to Jefferson asking for his services recovering something that was taken from here promising to pay him very well. (S01E17 “Hat Trick”) Having already lost his wife and not wanting to leave his daughter, Grace, he declines. (S01E17 “Hat Trick”) But after not being able to buy a toy for Grace from an old women, the queen in disguise, he goes to the Queen and accepts as long as his daughter is provided for. (S01E17 “Hat Trick”) Jefferson’s hat is a gateway to many different worlds one being wonderland where he takes the queen, saying that the number that enter must be the same that leave (S01E17 “Hat Trick”) They are able to retrieve the queen’s object but bring down the wrath of the queen of hearts. (S01E17 “Hat Trick”) What was taken from Regina was her father, since only 2 can leave she leaves Jefferson behind. (S01E17 “Hat Trick”) The Queen of hearts asks him how he was able to come to wonderland he tells her about his hat. (S01E17 “Hat Trick”) The queen says he must make a new hat like the one he had, the mad hatter is seen in a room full of hats trying to make them work. (S01E17 “Hat Trick”)
Ogre wars have flared up again and are threatening a small village, so the ruler pleads for Rumpelstiltskin’s help. Rumpelstiltskin protects the village for the cost of taking Belle.
Rumpelstiltskin turns Gaston into a rose and gives it to Belle. Rumplestiltskin and Belle are falling in love.
Belle falls in love with Rumpelstiltskin, but leaves. While on the road, the Evil Queen tells Belle that all spells can be broken with true love’s kiss. Belle comes back to Rumpelstiltskin and tries to kiss him, but he becomes angry and locks Belle up, eventually casting her out of the castle.
Nova returns to get the new year’s supply of fairy dust Dreamy and her meet. She mentions going to go see the fireflies.
Belle is cast out of the castle. Either on her way home, or after she has been home for a while, she hangs out at a tavern. Dreamy meets Belle at the tavern. She tells him he’s in love with Nova.
Belle is captured and hidden. Rumpelstiltskin blames the evil queen
They plan to sail away together. But Blue Fairy convinces Dreamy to let Nova go. He Becomes Grumpy.
and meets the Genie, who is set free by the King’s first wish
The Genie loves Queen Regina and gives her a mirror [S01E11 "The Fruit of the Poisonous Tree"] Henry (Queen Regina’s father) brings the Agrabah Viper to the Genie to give to Queen Regina. Genie uses this snake to kill King Leopold [S01E11 "The Fruit of the Poisonous Tree"] Still loving Queen Regina, Genie uses the last wish to be with the queen and look upon her face for all eternity—and gets trapped inside her mirror [S01E11 "The Fruit of the Poisonous Tree"]
Snow white’s evil stepmother (the queen) hires a huntsman to kill Snow White The huntsman shows mercy to Snow White, so the Evil Queen pulls his heart out.
Red finds Snow in her and her Granny’s hen house. She stays with them during the wolf attacks. (S01E15 “Red-handed”) Granny mentions that her brothers were in the second Ogre’s war. (S01E15 “Red-handed”) It is revealed that Red is the wolf, she has inherited the ability to transform from her blood-line. (S01E15 “Red-handed”) Granny tells Red and Snow to run while she holds off the mob out to kill her granddaughter. (S01E15 “Red-handed”)
Nova a young fairy is transporting the year’s supply of fairy dust and drops some on the dwarf egg belonging to Dreamy.
Regina is in love with Daniel, the stable boy, they are keeping their love secret from her mother
While secretly meeting with Daniel, Regina saves a 13 year old Snow on a runaway horse. Snow’s dad comes to thank Regina for saving his daughter, by asking her to marry him. Her mother accepts for her.
Regina seeks out Daniel and tells him what has happened; they decided to run away together. As they kiss Snow walks in and sees them confused and angry she runs off. Regina catches up to her and explains that she loves Daniel. Snow understands and promises to keep what she has seen a secret. But Cora convinces her that she only has love for Regina so Snow tells her the truth. Regina goes to Daniel in the night to run away but as they get ready to leave Regina’s mother arrives. Daniel and Regina stand strong telling her that she can’t keep them apart, Cora says that she understands. But as she pulls David away to talk to him she rips his heart out and crushes it to dust. Cora tells Regina that now she will marry the king and become Queen and be happy.
While getting fitted for her dress Snow tells Regina that she had told her mother the truth. Regina tells her she isn’t angry with her and that she will marrying her father because Daniel left her. Regina then accuses her mother of making Snow’s horse go wild so that she would save her, Cora denies it. As Regina walks away she wishes she had let Snow die that day.
Snow's age at the time of the curse isn't known, so we're assuming she was 28, which is Emma's age when Emma came to Storybrooke.
Gets a potion from Rumpelstiltskin to escape from his parents, but the consequences convict him to become a cricket so he can be a guide to young Geppetto
We don't know how old Geppetto was when the curse was enacted, but he looks about 70 years old.
Baelfire finds Reul Gorm, the Blue Fairy, and receives a magic bean. This magic bean transports Bae to "a land without magic" but Rumplestiltskin doesn't come. Instead, Rumplestiltskin vows to find a way to make a curse to find Baelfire.
Soldiers come to take him into the Ogre Wars, but Rumpelstiltskin defeats the soldiers with his new powers
and takes his powers and becomes the new Dark One
Perhaps getting his limp-causing injury from this? Rumpelstiltskin returns to a wife who doesn’t want to live with a coward and she leaves. Perhaps dying or being killed by Rumpelstiltskin while she tried to leave?
