Teenage Years
Stan attended DeWitt Clinton High School during his teenage years, wanting to become a writer. He enjoyed writing and reading. He lived in a one bedroom apartment, his parents sleeping on a fold-out couch, while the brothers shared the room. He graduated high school at a young age of 16 and a half, joining WPA Federal Theatre Project.

Stan first started working on comics in 1941, beginning with the third issue of Captain America.

Married
On December 5th, 1947, Stan married Jan Clayton Boocock. He was 24 years old, turning 25 in less than 30 days.

Joan and Stan had their first child, a baby girl they named Joan Celia, who later took the nickname, J.C.

Sadly, Stan had a misfortunate turn in his life. Losing his second daughter Jan, who died a few days after her birth in 1953.

The Fantastic Four
Stan teamed up with illustrator Jack Kirby, and together they created their first superhero group, The Fantastic Four, including Johnny Storm, AKA The Human Torch, Ben Grimm, AKA The Thing, Susan Storm, AKA, The Invisible Woman and Reed Richards, AKA, Mr Fantastic.

MARVEL Movies
Stan first made his Marvel film appearance for the trial of the incredible hulk in 1989. Stan later made a cameo appearance in X-Men. He appeared as a Hotdog Stand Vendor. Later he made more cameo appearances in other Marvel films.
