The document indexes new members by two income tiers. No mention of or division by sex in these documents.
These women pledge to pay the same dues as men who submitted applications at the same time period. This suggests that membership benefits were the same (at BCMH women members paid significantly less).
The booklet expressly states that "women of the Jewish faith shall be eligible to become associate members of the congregation, but shall not have the right to vote at congregation meetings or the right to hold office in the congregation". This is one of the focuses of my entire project.
